When ordering a lunch at a Lunch Orders delivery school, the available dates will be highlighted when you go to select a delivery date. That means that no order will be able to be processed on days we don’t deliver. You can also refer to our school info page here to check what days and times your school will be accepting LunchOrders deliveries.

What happens if I cancel an order after the cut off time?
You won’t be able to cancel any orders after the 8:30am cut off time. We suggest you let the school know or make alternative arrangements for another child to collect the lunch.
How does my child receive the order?
Every school has a different lunch order distribution operation. These can be categoprized into two operations; click and collect or delilvery.
All schools with a Champion Tuckshop on-site will now have the Lunch Orders click and collect service available to them. This means, once a parent has placed an order, the order will get sent directly to the chefs in the kitchen where they will make the lunch fresh and have it ready for the student to pick up at lunch time.
The second distibution operation is a delivery service where the Lunch Orders will be delivered to a designated drop zone, in most instances this is the school office. The school office will then either distribute to classrooms or have it ready for the student to pick up, this arrangement will be communicated by the school. That is why we ask for your child's room number.
Depending on school, service may vary from pick-up or delivery. More delivery information for each school can be viewed here.
What time does the order get dropped off at my child’s school?
