How do I cancel or edit an order?

You may request to cancel an order by going to your Order History and select ‘Request Refund’. Please ensure you provide a reason or any information that our team can assist you with. Cancellation requests must be submitted before 8.30am of the delivery date. Once cancelled, credit will be applied to your Lunch Orders account.

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot edit orders. Please reach out to us by providing the Order Number and using our Contact Page.

 

My child was unable to pick up their order.

You won’t be able to cancel/refund any orders after the 8:30am cut off time. 

As our team need to follow food safety protocols, all made to order foods are thrown out at the end of the day if not collected. We unfortunately won’t be able to re-make orders for those that are not able to pick up.

We suggest you let the school know or make alternative arrangements for another child to collect the lunch.

How do I know which days LunchOrders are operating at my school?

Champion Tuckshops with LunchOrders: Click and Collect, will be operating each day of the week, with 24/7 access to the website.

Delivery school with LunchOrders: Available dates will be highlighted when you go to select a delivery date. That means that no order will be able to be processed on days we don’t deliver. You can refer to our School Page for more information on delivery days for schools with no Champion Tuckshop.

By what time do I have to place the order to ensure it gets processed in time?

The cut off times for same day delivery is 8:30am.  Orders won’t be able to be entered for that day after this time. 

How do I know the order has been received?

You will receive an email confirming that each of your orders have been placed and received by the LunchOrders team. You can also check your orders under your account.

The confirmation email will state what you have purchased (eg. 1x Cookie, 1 Classic Cheeseburger and Wedges Combo). If the confirmation email only states 1x Wallet Top-Up, this means funds were successfully loaded into your Lunch Orders account, ready to be used to purchase yummy lunches!

How does my child receive the order?

Depending on school, service may vary from pick-up or delivery.  More delivery information for each school can be viewed on our School Info Page. Your confirmation email will also let you know how the child can receive their Lunch Orders

All schools with a Champion Tuckshop on-site will have the Lunch Orders click and collect service available ready for pick up at lunch time in the tuckshop.

For schools that have their Lunch Orders delivered, this could vary from school office, library, school hall or will be distributed by a the school’s runner system. Please check your confirmation email for details.

What time does the order get dropped off at my child’s school?

Click and collect orders can be picked up at the main lunch break. You can also refer to our School Page to check what days and times your school has chosen to accept LunchOrders deliveries.

Who prepares and supplies the food?

Our food is prepared by our quality chef’s at your nearest Champion Tuckshop.

How can I get LunchOrders at my school?

If you would like to have LunchOrders at your school register your interest on our Contact Page and we will approach your school principal and partner with you to get LunchOrders delivering to your child’s classroom door.

How do you pay for the orders?

Your Lunch Orders account can be topped up through a credit card. Once you have sucessfully loaded funds on your wallet, you are then able to order yummy lunches and pay using the balance on your account.

You may also directly pay with your card by selecting the preferred payment method.

Are the Credit Card facilities secure?

We use Stripe, a Payment Processing Platform, to process our credit card payments. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. For more information you can read more about it on Stripe.

How do I update my child’s delivery details?

Once you’ve logged in you can update your child’s delivery details on your Dashboard. Select the blue edit button next to your child’s name.

I’ve lost my password. How do I retrieve it?

Simply click on the ‘forgot your password’ link when you go to log in and you will be able to generate a new password. Don’t forget to change your password after to a secure and one that you will easily remember!
